GlobalCustomer AI is designed as a local-first macOS app for ecommerce customer reply drafting.
The app may store the following data on your Mac:
GlobalCustomer AI does not collect, sell, or share your personal data.
The app does not upload your product data, FAQ data, customer messages, reply drafts, or learning samples to a cloud service.
The App Store build is designed to work without sending store data to external servers.
The app may use network access for Apple in-app purchase and restore-purchase checks. If the user chooses to install an optional local model, the app may download model files from the configured model source. Store data, customer messages, reply drafts, and learning samples are not uploaded as part of this process.
When you import CSV files or export JSONL files, the app only accesses files or folders you explicitly choose through macOS system file pickers.
GlobalCustomer AI does not automatically send replies to ecommerce platforms, browsers, chat windows, or customers. You review, edit, and copy replies manually.

GlobalCustomer AI 不会自动向电商平台、浏览器、聊天窗口或顾客发送回复。回复需要由你人工确认、编辑并手动复制。
