MisePilot Privacy Policy
MisePilot is a local-first app. We do not operate an account, analytics, advertising, tracking, or cloud-storage service for the Solo product.
Information stored on your device
MisePilot stores the business information you enter, including shop settings, customers, orders, catalog items, inventory movements, tasks, calendar events, manual settlement records, backups, attachment metadata, and app preferences. These records are stored in the app's local container. Attachment files remain in device-local app storage.
Information we collect
We do not collect, sell, or use personal information for advertising. The Solo product does not require an account and does not include third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash-reporting SDKs. We do not receive your customer records, business records, attachment files, or app-usage history.
Local-network transfer
When you explicitly start a transfer, MisePilot can discover another MisePilot device on the same local network using Bonjour/TCP. You enter a six-digit pairing code, and the receiving device must preview and confirm the transfer before its local records are replaced.
This is a direct, user-initiated local-network transfer, not continuous cloud synchronization. It does not use a server operated by us or Bluetooth. Attachment file bytes are not included in the transferred business-data snapshot.
Notifications and Apple services
Optional reminders are scheduled locally by the operating system. MisePilot does not operate a remote notification service. Apple may process device backups or other platform services according to your device and Apple Account settings; those services are governed by Apple's policies.
Retention and deletion
Local records remain until you edit or delete them, restore a backup, or remove the app. Removing MisePilot removes its local app container from that device, subject to any backups controlled by your Apple device and account settings.
Children's privacy
MisePilot is a business productivity tool and is not directed to children. Because we do not operate a data-collection service for the Solo product, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If the product's data practices change, this policy will be updated before the change is released, and the effective date above will be revised.
