Weather Tlaloc is a macOS weather wallpaper app. It turns local weather conditions into visual desktop modes such as clear weather, umbrella weather, and heavier rain.
Weather Tlaloc may request your approximate location. This location is used only to request local weather data and choose the appropriate wallpaper mode.
Weather Tlaloc does not collect account information, payment information, contact lists, photos, messages, advertising identifiers, or analytics identifiers.
Location is used for app functionality only:
Location data is not used for tracking, advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
Weather Tlaloc stores app settings locally on your Mac, such as selected theme, refresh interval, last refresh time, and selected artwork identifier. This local data is used to keep the app working consistently between launches.
Weather Tlaloc does not store your precise coordinates as user-facing history.
Weather Tlaloc uses Apple WeatherKit for weather data. If Apple Weather is unavailable, the app may request fallback forecast data from Open-Meteo using the same approximate location.
Weather Tlaloc does not include third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs.
Weather Tlaloc does not sell your data. Weather Tlaloc does not share your data for advertising or tracking.
Weather Tlaloc does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can disable location access for Weather Tlaloc at any time in macOS System Settings. If location or weather data is unavailable, the app shows fallback visual guidance instead of blocking normal use.
To remove locally stored app settings, delete the app and its local app data from your Mac.
