This Privacy Policy describes how the Restock / 囤货管家 app (“the App”) handles your information.

1. Summary

Restock is a fully offline application. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal information. Everything you enter stays on your device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

Personal identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address, device ID)
Location data
Usage analytics or telemetry
Crash reports (no crash-reporting SDK is integrated)
Advertising identifiers (we do not show ads)

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following information only on your device, using Apple’s standard UserDefaults and local file system:

Items you create (name, unit, optional photo or emoji, optional pack size)
Inventory records and transactions you log
Optional barcodes you bind to items
App preferences (theme, language override, threshold values)

This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any server we operate. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, Apple may include the App’s data in your iCloud backup; that backup is governed by Apple’s privacy policy, not ours.

4. Camera Usage

We request camera access only when you tap “Scan barcode” or “Take photo”. Captured images are stored locally in the App’s data store. We do not upload them anywhere.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not embed any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The only network operations are made by Apple’s frameworks themselves (e.g., font rendering for emoji), not by us.

6. Children’s Privacy

Because we do not collect any personal information, the App is suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

To delete all data the App stores about you, simply delete the App from your device. iOS will remove all locally stored data automatically.

8. Changes to This Policy

If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice.
